"Conversations" and "Questions I'd ask you, Dad" by Amanda
Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 6:00AM So. This challenge has been the most difficult for me thus far. I really struggled with indecision and eventually just ended up writing what was in my head. I ended up with this:

And, then, though I was pleased to have finally documented the whole bit about my dad being a man of few words, I felt like something was still missing. So, I went ahead with those first couple approaches that I'd brainstormed:
Now, of course, I can think of more. That seems to always be how it goes. ;)

These are great, Amanda. I love the conversational nature - just like you WERE having a conversation with him.
Beautiful layouts! I can't seem to get through ANY of these without tearing up....I guess I need to get to scrappin' and work through my emotions! :) Thanks for sharing these wonderful creations!
