Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 6:00AM Happy April Fools! Did you play any tricks on people today? I always have the best intentions, but usually forget. ;) Don't worry...I didn't have enough time to think up anything for this blog, lol.
Today's challenge, then, is to report simply. Just list quick facts about your loved one. It's easy (and heart-wrenching) to get bogged down in details and memories. And often those make the most meaningful layouts. Sometimes, though, we just need to create without being emotionally overwhelmed. So, for this challenge, simply list facts. I don't know about you, but I found it wonderful to learn a little bit more about these folks that we've come to love challenge after challenge...things that we sometimes forget to include in our efforts to capture specific memories.

I did it... I finally did it! Thank you thank you thank you. I'm sure you know the emotions that are on the surface as I write this, and that my eyes are pools of water. You are all an inspiration and I thank you for keeping the blog going. It takes a while to step up and finally start the process of scrapbooking about someone you loved dearly and lost. I'm sure there are others out there, like me, who have lurked and watch from a distance. You are doing something so wonderful!
